You are not alone.
52% of pastors feel overworked and cannot meet their church's expectations.
Between 100 - 200 churches in the U.S. close their doors every day.
Women in ministry often suffer alone.
Through God’s grace and goodness we refresh and restore ministry leaders and their families.
By providing support, counseling, and access to a network of resources, we help strengthen and equip the body of Jesus Christ.
The Bible says to stand firm, to be vigilant because our enemy seeks to destroy us. This is most prominent in the lives of those who have dedicated all of their time and energy and talent to the service of the Lord.
We are a Christ-centered ministry allocating resources to the men and women who are fulfilling the Great Commission to spread the Gospel, working with them to reach their full potential to love God and serve others.
You are not alone
Fear of judgment, failure, and job security can force you to struggle silently. Our services are completely confidential. There is no judgment and we are here to help.
How we help
The support we provide keeps pastors and ministry leaders and their families in their positions of service to strengthen the body of believers.
What can I do to help?
Support the work we do and grow in compassion and empathy toward those who have dedicated their lives to serving.
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
Ephesians 4:11-12
Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 12:6-8
She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future
Proverbs 31:25
Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 12:6-8
Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel
Philippians 1:27
Being a pastor or a ministry leader is a lonely profession. You often hold the weight of everyone you serve on your shoulders. But if you are struggling – in your marriage, with your children, with your finances or with your faith – who is there to guide you through those rough patches? Who can you trust to hold those struggles in confidence and walk you through these difficult times? Who will hold up your arms when you are tired?
